TRADITIONS. STORIES. PEOPLE.

We are a boutique culinary travel operator based in the vivacious capital of Albania: Tirana, founded in 2017, offering experiences and also tailor-made tours for solo travellers and small sized groups.

We believe in slow, sustainable travel and love creating meaningful and immersive travel experiences aimed at discovering the authentic cultural and culinary heritage of our Eagle land, as well as emerging trends and sensations.

We support and value the amazing craft and talent of passionate local farmers and artists, who deeply respect and love their land with its authentic flavours and deep-rooted traditions, and who are willing to share it with new visitors and friends.

Eat Together

We would have lunch the Albanian way, which is to say, endlessly.”

- Guillaume Apollinaire

Gastronomy is the intelligent knowledge of whatever concerns man’s nourishment: it facilitates choice because it helps us to understand what quality is. It enables us to experience educated pleasure and to learn pleasure-loving knowledge. Man as he eats is culture: gastronomy is culture, both material and immaterial.

Choice is a human right: gastronomy is freedom of choice. Pleasure is everybody’s right and as such must be as responsible as possible: gastronomy is a creative matter, not a destructive one. Knowledge is everybody’s right, but also a duty; gastronomy is education. Slow Food Nation.

Our concept and values

We pursue “slow tourism,” which allows our guests to experience directly the reality of the place they are visiting, fully in touch with local culture and connecting with local people. Travelling with us doesn’t mean being a tourist—you are our guest, and through our tours, you will experience local life, and eat and sleep the local way. Together, we will see fantastic landscapes, taste delicious authentic local food, enjoy a vast cultural and artistic heritage and meet very welcoming people.

We arrange various tours according to your personal preferences and provide a wide range of ways to discover the country: culture & history, food & wine.

Our travel experiences can last from half day to the whole week and have different themes according to guests interests and needs: from organic wine tastings to byrek making lessons, from “slow food” cooking courses to local handicraft, olive oil tastings, not missing visits to local villages, hikes in the nature and lots of time around the table, sharing stories and experiences.
